The little fire pit is so enjoyable and so easy to start. I can’t wait to try marshmallows on it, and the customer service is absolutely outstanding.
Because of a mistake on my end I doubled my order and because I ordered on the weekend I was not able to cancel my order before it was shipped.
Sara of customer service was more than helpful and offered a 50% refund on my order and said I could even keep all product that was sent to me. I asked her if instead of a refund could they send me fuel? Sara said that was a great Idea and she would send me 6 bottles of fuel which was valued at more than the refund would be.
I received the fuel and am HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY.
By the way the firepit is great. We have it on our outside patio table
