Shipping policy


We currently ship only within the United States, excluding the following states and U.S. territories:

  • Alaska
  • American Samoa
  • Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Hawaii
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

 

 

Order cut-off time: 2 P.M.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business days (Monday – Friday)

The delivery time is 2-6 Business Days. (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Cost:
We offer free standard shipping, and Express Shipping for $9.99.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@houswise-living.com. We will do our best to update the address for you, but please note that we may not be able to make changes after the order has been dispatched.


Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered, write us at hello@houswise.com and we'll try our best to help and resolve the issue ASAP.

Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at hello@houswise.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues.

Damages

Houswise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
