For optimal performance and safety, we recommend using our own brand of bio ethanol fuel, available for purchase on our website. This fuel is specifically formulated for our fire pit, ensuring a clean burn and maximum efficiency.

Can it be used indoors without triggering fire alarms?

Yes, the Vesper is specifically designed for safe indoor use and will not trigger fire alarms when used with our recommended bio ethanol fuel. Our fuel burns cleanly with minimal emissions, producing no smoke or particles that typically activate smoke detectors.

Does it produce soot, ash, smell, or smoke?

Not at all. Our fire pit ensures a clean burn without soot, ash, smell, or smoke. The bio ethanol fuel combusts completely, leaving no residue and producing only heat and water vapor.

Is it suitable for roasting smores without affecting taste?

How do I safely extinguish the fire?

Use the provided fire extinguisher lid to safely put out the flame. Simply place it over the fire pit to cut off the oxygen supply. The flame will extinguish within seconds.

Is the fire pit safe to use?

Absolutely! Our fire pit is designed with safety in mind. It features a heavy, stable concrete build that weighs over 12 lbs to prevent tipping. Plus, it includes a fire extinguisher for added peace of mind, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience wherever you use it.

What comes with my fire pit?

Along with the fire pit, you'll receive a bottle of fuel, 4 extendable roasting sticks, fire extinguisher, insulating cup, protective pad and ceramic wool.

What if I'm not happy with my fire pit?

We offer a hassle-free, 90-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the fire pit for any reason within this period. Simply email hello@houswise.com, and we'll arrange the return shipping at no cost to you. We're confident you'll love your fire pit so we made the process completely risk-free.

I ordered the kit that was suppose to include the fuel, but it arrived without the fuel. I happened to have isopropyl alcohol, both 70% & 91% so I used the 91% since there is less water in it, and it did eventually set off the smoke alarms. I had to turn on a window fan blowing up at the smoke detector in order to continue to use it. I do love it though and think it will be awesome out on the deck, when the temps are above freezing.

I Cozy, warm fireplace!

I love the rectangular fireplace and the warmth it provides. My only complaint is that your bottles of their fuel refuse to open. Some are easy to open others are frustratingly difficult.
