Products are first-class, delivery via Fedex, abysmal. They lie, make it near-impossible to speak to any agent, then when, by miracle, you can speak to someone, they feed you the same--or worse, bullshit they gave you on their online tracking. My fuel shipment was divided into THREE separate shipments, all of which lingered for a full week...in Indianapolis, IN...all the while I'm being told they are being delivered TODAY...even though I'm over a thousand miles away...and the items aren't even at my local distribution center...and they smugly state, "Stay by your door, they will be delivered today." I asked till what time I was supposed to be at my front door...they told me, 8:30 PM. Right. Three shootings, and two knifings just this year, on my block, and this 71 year old man who lives alone, is going to open my door to ANYONE at that time of the night?
My rush to obtain fuel is all due to our disastrous president launching an unnecessary, unlawful, duplicitous war against Iran...while we were making breakthroughs during negotiations. Now, the world is running out of gas, fuel, fertilizer, medicine, and he wants to either bomb Iran back to the stone ages...or wipe his hands of the disaster he caused, and let others deal with it.
I've gotten to the point of total distrust and despair. I'm a veteran, I know what it feels like to be sent off to war. This is not a war, this is a fanatical religious crusade...where the fanatics are in the White House, holding prayer breakfasts, telling our troops they're fighting for Jesus. Jesus!
That's why I want this fuel delivery. I cannot be sure I'll be able to heat my home come this next winter, especially if it is as brutal as this past one.
