Really love the look & size of this fire pit.
I’m a little disappointed that it takes a whole bottle of fuel and it wasn’t even on for an hour and I bought the $30. I’m not sure what you call it the pad..
I love using my table top fireplace! It makes my living room so warm and cozy, but I hated that the fire would burn out every 40 mins. I bought the extender and it now lasts a good 2 hours! It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but worth the wait for sure.

We absolutely LOVE our Houswise Fire Pit given to us as a gift! We are enjoying the warmth and ambience every morning when we are outside enjoying our coffee to begin the day.
Our only concern is not being able to afford the refill fuel. A “two for the price of one” would be awesome!
The unit itself is everything described, and we enjoy it immensely. Ordering from their ads is confusing and led to me having to cancel and reorder. In addition, I paid for guaranteed Christmas delivery. This did not happen. They did issue a refund. Customer service is only via email, and they only respond during week days. In this day and age, that is unacceptable. Instead of a quick phone call to resolve a problem, it takes several email exchanges. Not good customer support.
